I already pay for a booking system. Can you use it instead of replacing it?
That is the whole idea. You keep what you have and what your customers already know how to use. Replacing a system everyone is used to costs more in confusion than it ever saves in tidiness.
The tool I use is a bit obscure. Will it work?
Tell me what it is and I will find out before you commit to anything. Most of them offer some way in, and if yours genuinely does not, I will say so up front rather than charging you to discover it the hard way.
Is this a monthly cost?
Not from me. It is one-off work at a fixed price. If the tool itself charges a subscription that stays between you and them, and I will tell you before we start if one is needed.
