I am in Shepshed, ten minutes from Loughborough, and if you are nearby I will come to you. But none of the actual work needs me in the room. Coalville or Cardiff, it is the same fixed price, the same fortnight, and the same person building it. Being local is a bonus, not a requirement.

I live and work in Leicestershire, and if you’re nearby that’s a bonus. A first meeting could happen in person rather than a video call, and you’re working with someone who already knows the kind of area you’re competing in.

For the work itself, it doesn’t matter where you are. Designing the layouts, writing the code, optimizing for page speed, getting you found locally; it’s all done at my end. Distance changes nothing, ranking you in your own town is the same job whether you’re in Coalville or Croydon.
You will not find a landing page here for every city in the country. Plenty of competitors have them, and they are almost always written by someone who has never been near the place. Ask me how I would approach ranking in your town and I will tell you straight.
